Our exhibitors will not sell to members of the public. No products are available to buy or remove from the show. If you are found buying for personal use, you will be asked to leave the exhibition.

Can I bring my child?

The Bed Show is a trade show and is not designed for children, however, any visitors who need to bring children with them into the halls are requested to do so on the second day of the show, Wednesday 27 September.  Under 15’s are permitted in the halls, but pushchairs, buggies and prams must be left at the Cloakroom. Bed Show Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct ensures a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone involved in the Bed Show.

As event organisers, The National Bed Federation (NBF) is committed to upholding the highest standards of conduct and ethics, which we extend to our event staff, contractors, exhibitors, and visitors.

Discriminatory or offensive behaviour towards individuals or groups based on age, disability, sexual orientation, class, ethnicity, race, colour, faith, marital status, gender or other factors will not be tolerated at the Bed Show and Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony. Individuals found violating this policy will be asked to leave immediately.

Please report any inappropriate behaviour in confidence at the Organiser’s Office by the hall three entrance to the show.

By adhering to these standards, we can ensure a safe, productive and enjoyable experience for all.

How do I register my colleague?

If you are a visitor, you can register yourself and your colleagues via the online portal, which goes live in 2025. Please note a separate email address will be required for each person. If you are an exhibitor, badges can be ordered via the exhibitors’ portal.
